Promotion Planning System
Kroger
Lead product designer of MVP and post-MVP that transitioned users from legacy tools to a modernized merchandising system. This case study highlights the end-to-end design process from discovery through testing and how strategic design and cross-functional collaboration drove adoption and set the foundation for scalable growth.

Forecasting Tool
Kroger
Led the design of a forecasting initiative, predicted to improve revenue by $12M within Kroger’s Contracts application. I helped bring predictive insights earlier into the promotion planning workflow, empowering users to make more informed, data-driven decisions on their contracts. This work required deep cross-functional collaboration, significant technical discovery, and careful MVP scoping to balance user value with feasibility.
